Six Things Which Caused the Breasts to Sag
All women would want to have breasts firmer and beautiful Yet unless we realize it everyday activities can cause loss of elasticity of the breast.
There are six things that can cause the breasts to sag:
The follicular phase
The menstrual cycle is divided into two parts, namely the follicular phase and the luteal phase. The follicular phase occurs on the first day of menstruation. Meanwhile, the luteal phase after ovulation occurs. During the follicular phase, especially five to seven days, the hormones estrogen and progesterone will decrease, causing the breasts sag. Once this phase is over, breast feeding will come back fast. Thus, during the phase it is recommended not to do things that can make the weight of sagging breasts.
Breast is made up of breast tissue (lobules and ducts) and fatty tissue. As weight increases, the breasts will also be enlarged. And vice versa, when the weight loss, the breasts will shrink or sag.
When the pregnancy, the breasts undergo significant changes. As a result, the stronger the pull down which causes sagging breasts. Breast size is growing with increasing gestational age. This process causes pain and weight.
Sport is too strong
At first glance you might not notice any changes in the breast while doing exercise with the intensity and frequency of heavy. However, a UK study, found that the sports movement is too strong to make breasts up and down can lead to loosening of the breast. Especially when not using a sports bra.
The contraceptive pill
Mary Jane Minkin, M.D., professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Yale School of Medicine said, when the contraceptive pill was first created to have a very high dose of estrogen, which makes very large breasts. But now, Contraceptive pill users could be expected to make the breasts become smaller or slacken.
